TNM TO ASSESS “MPAMBA KHADI” E-TICKETING INNOVATION IN BLANTYRE DERBY

TNM will conduct an assessment of Mpamba Khadi E-ticketing innovation in a TNM super League match between Mighty Mukuru Wanderers and FCB Nyasa Bullets at Kamuzu stadium in Blantyre.

According to TNM Head of Brand and Marketing Madalisto Jonazi said the Blantyre derby represents the amazing state of entertainment, football and business, fueling commercial worth and joy in the country, hence the need to hold the innovation

TNM has rearranged the fan convenience with the introduction of e-ticketing which will help to remove the need of physical tickets hence reduce the long queues at the stadium gates.

“People can now afford buying their tickets through Mpamba, receive them directly in their phones and tap using Mpamba Khadi Mbambande at the stadium gates” said Johazi

Johazi further said that these are some of the things that characterize the Derby and the main goal is to provide enjoyable moments for all football fans. The e-ticketing system will improve experience for all football fans at the derby, ensuring hassle free and secure entry process.

“Derbies always carries large number of people resulting to the long queues at the gates. However, with this initiative of e-ticketing will help to reduce those queues and allow the fans to focus on the excitements of the match” he said

He further pointed out that the e-ticketing will also help the stakeholders to reduce the paper waste, reduce long queues and enhance security and a more efficient use of resources.

However, Wanderers Chief Executive officer Panganeni Ndovie welcomed the development, saying it is efficient way to enter through stadium gates.

‘It is a very good initiative for all the football lovers in the country because many people find it difficult to enter the gates due to long queues , so, through this e-ticketing system will help to handle those problems’  said ndovie
