Former Kenyan Citizen TV journalist Kimani Mbugua has always been open about his struggle with.
Over the past few weeks, there has been a noticeable change in his behavior which has become a worrisome to his fans.
However, it is reported that Kiman got infected with HIV/AIDS which he contacted from unnamed woman.
In a viral video of him which is circulating on social media, the talented journalist is seen passionately ranting and expressing himself on social media after realizing that he has AIDS.
Kiman posted on a controvensial post on his X account “So you you had AIDS and you slept with me and you gave me AIDS”
The viral video, has left a section of social media users worried about his health.
