MALAWI BEACH SOCCCER NATIONAL TEAM TO PLAY AGAINST BURUNDI IN 2024 BEACH SOCCER AFCON

Malawi Beach Soccer National Team has been drawn against Burundi in the 2024 Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) to be played next month.
According to the draw conducted in Egypt on Thursday, the first leg matches will be played from July 19 to 21 whereas the second leg matches will take place from July 26-28.
The winner of the match between Malawi and Burundi will make it into finals which will be staged in Egypt later this year.
Malawi qualified for the 2022 edition but finished seventh after losing all the games in Vilankulo, Mozambique.
The team finished third during this year’s Cosafa Beach Soccer Championship held in Durban, South Africa in March.
