Kaliati Spends Night In Cooler

Secretary General of the United Transformation Movement (UTM), Honorable Patricia Kaliati, spent the night at Lingadzi Police Station following her arrest yesterday.
Kaliati is suspected of intending to violate certain laws of Malawi along with two associates.
Confirming the development, Malawi Police spokesperson Peter Kalaya stated that the police have compelling evidence related to the case and are currently searching for the two individuals in connection with the charges.
Kaliati is expected to appear in court soon.
