Man Arrested for Allegedly R4ping Standard 8 Girl in Thyolo

Police in Thyolo have arrested a 28-year-old man suspected of raping a 14-year-old Standard 6 girl after luring her into a bush.
According to Inspector Edward Kabango, the incident occurred on March 31, when the girl had gone out to play with her friends and encountered three men, including the suspect.
Kabando said, the men dragged the girl to a bush where the man tore her clothes and raped her after threatening to kill her if she screamed.
After leaving her, the girl told her parents about the incident who letter told the police who searched for the man and arrested him.
The man is currently in police custody will soon appear in court to answer the charges.
