Veteran Broadcaster ‘Patrick Kamkwatira’ Bids Farewell to Times Group, Join Politics

Legendary media practitioner Patrick Kamkwatira has said goodbye to Times Group where he has been serving as Head of Radio Presenters.
Kamkwatira, whose career in the media industry spans over 30 years, is taking a political path where he will contest as Member of Parliament for Neno East.
Speaking during a farewell ceremony Kamkwatira said he is joining politics so that he can be a solution to the plight of people in his area.
Times Radio Programmes Manager Thabi Kamwangala Mwenifumbo said Kamkwatira’s vast experience in the profession will be missed at the media giant.
Until his departure Kamkwatira was a host of one of the people’s favourite programs on Times Radio, Kulinji.
