UK Based Malawian Chilumpha Supports Namadingo School project with MK2.8 Million

A UK based Malawian Rodrick Chilumpha has donated MK2.8 million on 26 May 2025 to support musician Patience  Namadingo’s project for building classroom blocks which is being undertaken at Wataka primary school in Machinga.

Chilumpha represantative, Thokozani Nkombezi said Namadingo is setting a good example by helping children who are lacking classrooms and make learning environment conducive.

The Head Teacher for Wataka primary school Stephano Nkhungwa said, this is the development that they have ever wanted and these classrooms will help to improve learning condition.

Namadingo started the project some weeks ago and he requested for support from well wishers in order to reduce costs and complete the project.

Namadingo expressed his heartful appreciation for everyone who is supporting the project saying the donation will help to reduce cost and speed up the project.
