Creck Sporting has parted ways with head coach Joseph Kamwendo along with his assistants Abel Mkandawire and Chiukepo Msowoya following a disappointing start to the 2025 TNM Super League season.
The club currently sits in 11th position on the league table with just 8 points from 7 games a performance the management has deemed unsatisfactory.
Speaking to Times newspaper, Kamwendo confirmed his dismissal and expressed gratitude to the club for giving him the opportunity to serve as head coach.
“I appreciate the chance Creck Sporting gave me to lead the team. It was an important experience in my coaching career,” he said.
More details are expected to follow regarding Kamwendo’s replacement and the club’s next steps as they aim to turn around their season.
