Groom, Two Friends Die in Crash an Hour Before Wedding (See Photos)

NIGERIA – A groom-to-be, SP Mustapha Garba Gumau, a senior police officer, and two of his friends died in a fatal road accident just an hour before his wedding in Toro LGA, Bauchi State.
The crash occurred around 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2025, in Bargan Tsamiya village as they traveled from Gumau to Magaman-Gumau for the ceremony. The vehicle reportedly veered off the road and crashed, killing Gumau, Shuaibu Umar, and Sulaiman Musa on the spot. Several others were injured.
