Kabambe Promises New Plane Crush Investigation if Elected into Power

United Transformation Movement (UTM)  President Dalitso Kabambe has said if his party wins the upcoming elections, the first thing he will do is to launch a new investigation into the Nthungwa plane crush.

The UTM president said he believes the country deserves better answers than what was given in the current BFU report. He said it is totally wrong that a plane which was not fit to fly was allowed to carry the country’s vice president.

Kabambe also added that the people who approved the flight must be held responsible. He made this statement shortly after collecting his presidential nomination papers, confirming that he will run for president in the upcoming elections.

Meanwhile, Kambambe disclosed that the party is discussing with other political parties about forming an alliance, but refused to disclose the parties

He assured that the goal for UTM is to bring real change and justice to Malawians once it wins elections.
