Odya Zake Alibe Mlandu Gather At BICC Ahead Of Usi’s Presidential Bid

Supporters of the Odya Zake Alibe Mlandu party have begun arriving at the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in Lilongwe, where their leader, Michael Usi—who also serves as the country’s Deputy President—is expected to submit his letter of intent to contest in the upcoming presidential election.
According to the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC), Usi will be the first candidate to file his nomination papers today.
He is scheduled to arrive at the BICC at 9:00 AM.
