Chris Kalichero, National Referees GS, Dies

Chris Kalichero, General Secretary of the National Football Referees Committee, has died.
Born on 20th September 1956, Kalichero began his refereeing career in 1988 in Mangochi before relocating to Zomba, where he started officiating top-tier matches.
He retired from active refereeing in 2009 and later served as General Secretary for the Central Region Referees Committee for eight years.
He was then appointed General Secretary of the National Football Referees Committee under the Football Association of Malawi (FAM), a position he held until his death.
