Bail Ruling Delayed Again for Area 25 Robbery Suspects

The bail hearing for three men accused of robbery and theft in Area 25, Lilongwe, has been postponed once more and is now expected to take place tomorrow morning.
The suspects — Felix Mageleta, Adam Tsoka, and Aubrey Banda — are facing charges related to the alleged robbery of property belonging to the late Sugzo Kumwenda and Brian Thondoya, both residents of the area.
The three pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Kumwenda was allegedly robbed of K100,000 and a Pixel phone, while Thondoya was robbed of Samsung and Itel phones worth K450,000.
