Officers disarm 25-year-old woman attempting to st@b her cheating boyfriend with knife in South Africa

A 25-year-old pregnant woman allegedly attempted to stab her 32-year-old boyfriend in Canelands, KZN, after confronting him about suspected infidelity.
Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) officers responded to the scene on Old Main Road around 11:58 AM on Saturday, August 30, 2025.
Upon arrival, an officer witnessed the woman attacking the man with a kitchen knife and quickly disarmed her.
The altercation reportedly began at the man’s workplace and resulted in minor injuries to the woman’s face as he defended himself.
Both individuals declined further assistance and said they wished to settle the matter privately.
