The Bayelsa State Police Command has arrested three young women involved in the assault of a lady named Nancy, as seen in a viral video.

The attack, which circulated widely on social media, showed the suspects—led by one identified as Kadi—physically attacking and humiliating Nancy.

Reports suggest the violence was triggered by accusations that Nancy was involved with a man connected to one of the attackers and for allegedly speaking badly about them.

Nancy claimed that Kadi had previously mocked her on WhatsApp, insulting her financial status and inability to afford a wig.

In the video, the attackers forcibly undressed Nancy and recorded the incident before sharing it online.

The disturbing footage sparked public outrage and demands for justice. Following intense pressure, the police confirmed the arrest of all three suspects, who now face prosecution.
