Frank Mwenifumbo Survives Road Accident in Karonga

Information reaching this publication indicates that National Development Party (NDP) presidential candidate, Frank Tumpale Mwenifumbo, has been involved in a road accident in Karonga.
According to NDP Vice President for the Central Region, Andikuza Litete Makhumula, the incident occurred yesterday in the afternoon as Mr. Mwenifumbo was on his way to hold a campaign rally at Kasikizi in the district.
Speaking to Zodiak Online this evening, Makhumula confirmed that the vehicle Mr. Mwenifumbo was driving plunged into a river.
However, she assured the public that he is in a stable condition after receiving medical attention at Karonga District Hospital.
Makhumula further indicated that the party will release an official statement regarding the accident in due course.
