The long-running beef between American rap queens Nicki Minaj and Cardi B has taken a shocking new turn after the two traded explosive insults online this week with family members being pulled into the drama.
It all started Monday when Minaj threw shade at Cardi’s newly released album “Am I The Drama?”. Cardi didn’t hold back, firing back with claims that Nicki had been “going to different fertility doctors” and blaming alleged drug use for reproductive struggles.
Nicki quickly clapped back, firmly denying the accusations and even hinting at legal action.
But things spiraled on Tuesday when Minaj doubled down on her infamous “Barney B” nickname and went further by mocking Cardi’s daughter Kulture, reportedly calling her a “Kulture Vulture” and even labeling the child “ugly.”
That was the breaking point for Cardi who unleashed a fiery response, warning Nicki never to mention her children again. “Kulture is beautiful and you know that,” she wrote, before threatening to “spill the tea” on Nicki’s family if the insults continued.
The exchange escalated with both rappers dragging each other’s relatives into the argument, reigniting one of hip hop’s most infamous feuds.
Fans will remember their bitter history, which famously turned physical in 2018 during New York Fashion Week when Cardi threw a shoe at Minaj.
Seven years later, the tension clearly hasn’t cooled and if this week’s explosive exchange is anything to go by, the battle between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B is far from over.
