Former EPAC team secretary Roy Abramo Mdechi dies

Former EPAC team secretary Roy Abramo Mdechi has died.

According to his younger brother, Thoko Mdechi, Roy passed away early this morning at Partners in Hope Hospital in Lilongwe after a short illness related to high blood pressure (BP).

Thoko said the body will be transported from the city today to their hometown in Nkhotakota District, where he will be laid to rest tomorrow, Friday.

In the past, Mdechi also managed the Abramo Queens girls’ football team and supported various teams and players.
