Eli Njuchi Cancels Hive Experience Show Following Tragic Accident Involving Band Members

Malawian music star Eli Njuchi has cancelled The Hive Experience, which was scheduled to take place on 27 December at the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in Lilongwe, following a tragic road accident involving members of his band.
In a press statement shared on his official Facebook page, Eli Njuchi said the decision was made to allow time for mourning and to support the families and loved ones affected by the tragedy.
“It is with deep sadness that I announce the cancellation of tomorrow’s Hive Experience following a tragic road accident involving members of the Hive Band,” reads part of the statement.
The artist expressed gratitude to fans, partners, and supporters for their understanding during what he described as a difficult moment, adding that further updates would be communicated through official channels when appropriate.
The highly anticipated event was expected to feature performances from Onesimus, Theresa Phondo, and Saint, among others.
Eli Njuchi concluded the statement by offering his thoughts and prayers to everyone affected by the accident.
