St Joseph’s College Nursing Student Steve Kapanda Dies

Death has been announced of Steve Kapanda, a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery Technician (NMT) student at St Joseph’s College of Health Sciences in Chiladzulu.
According to a statement released by the college, Mr Kapanda passed away at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital (QECH) where he was receiving medical treatment but did not indicate what he was suffering from.
Burial is scheduled for 8th January 2026 at Ndenguma Village, Traditional Authority Malemya, Nsanje District.
St Joseph’s College of Health Sciences has conveyed its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and loved ones during this period of mourning, and has joined them in prayers for comfort, strength, and peace.
