Malawian content creator based in South Africa, Posha Pocia Beib, is currently trending for all the unexpected reasons after a Facebook post she shared yesterday sent male netizens into overdrive.

Posha took to her Facebook wall writing: “Kukhala mzimayi ndimasangalala kwambiri sindikanakwanisa ine, kuyenda ndi mabatile kulikonse ngati wailesi.”

(I really enjoy being a woman. I cant  manage walking around anywhere with  batteries, like a radio station)

The post, which was accompanied by her photo, quickly grabbed attention  and not just the supportive kind. Within minutes, the comment section turned into a full-blown debate arena, with some male netizens reacting emotionally, others throwing shade, and a few even crossing the line with insults.

As expected on social media, screenshots started flying, comments kept multiplying, and Posha’s name began circulating in men’s WhatsApp groups like a hot football transfer rumor.

Despite the roasting and cooking coming at her from all angles,  some likening the attack to scenes straight out of a Rambo movie,  Posha appears completely unbothered. She has remained calm, posting on as usual and refusing to be shaken by the noise.

What started as a simple post has now turned into one of those classic social media moments where one sentence keeps an entire gender busy for 24 hours.

Whether you call it confidence, freedom of expression, or just another case of the internet doing what it does best, one thing is clear: Posha Pocia Beib knew how to press the right buttons.
