13 Motorcycles Seized in Chitipa Over Traffic Violations

Police in Chitipa yesterday impounded 13 motorcycles during a traffic enforcement operation aimed at restoring order and promoting road safety in the district.
Chitipa Police Deputy Public Relations Officer Rabson Mkandawire said the motorcycles were seized for various traffic offences, including operating without insurance, riding unregistered motorcycles, and failing to wear crash helmets.
Mkandawire warned that similar operations will continue and that all violators will face legal consequences for breaching traffic laws.
