FCB Nyasa Big Bullets chairperson for supporters, Stone Mwamadi, has resigned from his position.

Mwamadi confirmed the development, saying he had also written a letter to the club’s officials informing them of his decision.

He commended the team’s officials and the wider football fraternity for working together to improve the club’s performance during his tenure.

Mwamadi further urged the club’s manager, Konrad Buckle, to start fulfilling some of the promises he made, including the construction of a stadium, establishment of the club’s offices in all regions and the purchase of a new team bus, among others.

A few months ago, FCB Nyasa Big Bullets suspended Stone Mwamadi from his position as chairperson of the club’s football committee after he was implicated in an alleged assault on former Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) chief executive officer George Kasakula.
