MACRA Communications Officer Dies in Ntcheu Road Accident

Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) Communications Officer Edward Kauka, 56, has died in a road accident in Ntcheu District.
Ntcheu Police spokesperson Jacob Khembo said Kauka was driving from Chingeni to Zalewa yesterday when, due to speeding, his vehicle veered off the right side of the road and overturned upon reaching Chidokowe Village.
After sustaining serious injuries, Kauka was rushed to Balaka District Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The deceased hailed from Njerengwa Village under Traditional Authority Mwaulambiya in Chitipa District.
