Action Legend Chuck Norris Dies at 86

American action star and martial arts legend Chuck Norris, famous for films like Delta Force and the hit TV series Walker, Texas Ranger, has died at the age of 86.
Reports indicate that Norris had been hospitalised in Hawaii on Thursday, before passing away today on Friday morning 20th March.
His family has since confirmed the news through an emotional statement posted on his official Facebook page.
“It is with heavy hearts that our family shares the sudden passing of our beloved Chuck Norris… he was surrounded by his family and was at peace,” the statement reads.
The family described Norris as a symbol of strength to the world, but a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, and the heart of their family in private life.
They added that he lived with faith, purpose, and discipline, inspiring millions globally through both his work and character.
“While our hearts are broken, we are deeply grateful for the life he lived… to him, you were not just fans, you were his friends,” the family said, while also thanking supporters for their prayers during his recent illness.
They have asked for privacy during this difficult time.
Norris leaves behind a lasting legacy as one of Hollywood’s most respected action stars and martial artists.
