Man Found Dead After Hanging Himself in Kasungu

A 46-year-old man, Chigona Cosmas, has died after allegedly taking his own life in Kasungu.
According to Assistant Public Relations Officer for Kasungu Police, Chifundo Nedi, the incident occurred in Chinkhombo 2 Village under Traditional Authority Chitanthamapiri.
Police say the deceased left his house around 11:00 PM, reportedly to answer the call of nature, but did not return. The following morning, his wife discovered his body hanging from a tree.
Authorities have since urged members of the public to seek support and share their problems with others to help prevent similar tragedies.
