Others asked, “Kuchitira pa mawa chani?” , wondering whether the caption implied there might not be a tomorrow for him.

As screenshots of the post circulated online, many users criticized the caption and urged Mimi to either remove the post or replace it with wording they considered more appropriate for someone receiving medical treatment.
