Lawyer David Kanyenda arrested for embezzling client money

Police on Wednesday arrested private lawyer David Kanyenda at Chileka International Airport (CIA) for allegedly embezzling client’s money.
Head of Fiscal police Isaac Norman confirmed of the arrest in an interview with the press.
“Yes we have arrested him and we are interrogating him,” said Norman.
When asked as to whether the arrest is in connection to the rumour hovering on the social media that the lawyer embezzled client money, Norman refused to comment.
Kanyenda is currently in cell at Wenela Police Station.
