Traditional Authority Chimutu of Lilongwe no more, burial today

Late Traditional Authority Chimutu of Lilongwe will be laid to rest today at his Chiwamba Headquarters in the district, according to the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development.
T/A Chimutu, whose real name was Lycton Makwasa, died in the morning hours of Wednesday.
Reports from relations indicate that the Chief succumbed to High blood pressure.
T/A Chimutu was born in 1930 and was installed as Chief Chimutu in 1989.
He is survived by a wife, two children and grandchildren.
