Attorney General Kalekeni Kaphale Files Appeal over Court’s Ruling on Election Case

Attorney general Kalekeni Kaphale has filed an appeal following the court’s ruling that the presidential elections results case should continue.
This follows the court’s ruling on Friday which favoured the MCP and the UTM saying the case must continue – trashing Peter Mutharika who opted that the case be thrown away.
