SOUTH-AFRICA – A SERIAL killer who killed and buried five women in his back yard has said he used Facebook to lure his victims.
Julius Thabiso Mndawe, 25, confessed to killing four teenagers last year and a 24-year-old woman in May. He met all his victims on Facebook. He in boxed them, met with them, raped and killed them
Police commissioner Gen Mondli Zuma told local media: “This is very shocking, a young man killing young women like that and burying them around his yard… While family members are searching for their loved ones, he’s quietly hiding their bodies.”
The women have been identified as Tokkie Tlaka, 24, Banele Khoza, 15, Noxolo Mdluli, 19, Felicia Shabangu, 17,and Nomthandazo Mdluli, 19.
All five were allegedly raped, suffocated to death and then buried in shallow graves.
