South African sensational musician Zahara arrived in Lilongwe on
Friday for a jazz show in commemoration of Standard Bank’s 150
anniversary.
wearing a blue jean, pink jacket and an African head gear, Zahara said
she is happy with the reception from Malawians.
“I am very happy with the love from Malawians and ready for the
performance,” she said.
Adding, “Malawians should expect the best tomorrow.”
On his part, Malawi’s maestro Mkandawire said he is happy to perform
alongside the best artist.
“She is somebody who stand for the best. she always does what her
morals stand for,” he said.
Wambali and Zahara are expected to perform tomorrow at the Bingu wa
Mutharika International Conference center.
