Gule Wamkulu Stoned to Death by Angry Mob in Salima

Reports reaching this publication indicates that a Gule Wamkulu dancer has been killed in Salima by an angry mob.

Reports of the matter are still sketchy but it has been established that the yet to be identified Gule Wamkulu had been assaulting and hacking people in the area demanding money from passerby people in order to allow them to pass the road.

This situation did not please the people in the area so they mobilized themselves and stoned the Gule to death.

Meanwhile, police in the district are yet to comment on the incident.
