Malawian Man Steals Woman’s Phone after she Denied Sex

A 25-year-old man has been sentenced to 6 years imprisonment with hard labour by Limbe Magistarte Court after he was found guilty of stealing a mobile phone.
On 17th August 2019, Felix Chikalimba attacked a woman named Khumbo Mkandawire in Machinjiri and asked her to have sex with him but she denied.
Felix later took the woman’s phone.
The matter was reported to police and Felix was arrested.
Appearing in Court, Felix denied all allegations forcing the state to parade 3 witness and he was later convicted
He comes from Machinjiri.
