A 21 year-old Zambian man of Mungule Village has been taken to court for allegedly having sex with a pregnant pig
ZambiaObserver reports that Augustine Tanganyika is charged with one count of unnatural offence contrary to the Laws of Zambia.
It is alleged that the accused on September 16, 2019, Tanganyika had carnal Knowledge of the pig.
Further details state that on the material day, Tanganyika went to a farm in Musumpaka village in Chieftainess Mungule’s area where he had gone to inquire if they sell buns to which the owner of the farm said no.
The following day the owner of the farm who left the premises and received a call from her worker who requested her to go to her piggery.
When she arrived, she found Tanganyika in her piggery naked.
The employee explained to her that he found Tanganyika having sex with one of the pigs which was pregnant.
The owner of the pig checked it and found whitish stuff on the animal’s private parts coming out.
The accussed admitted having sex with a pig saying he was horny and needed to relieve himself.
Tanganyika was later taken to the police.
His case has been allocated to magistrate Nsunge Chanda. He has pleaded not guilty to the offence.
He appeared before Magistrate Chanda for plea. The court has recorded a plea of not guilty and set November 13 for mention and November 28, 2019 for commencement of trial.
