Mutharika to appeal constitutional court ruling nullifying May 21 polls

President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika, the first respondent in the just nullified May 21 Presidential election case is set to appeal the constitutional court ruling, Faceofmalawi can reveal.
State House Press Secretary Mgeme Kalilani confirmed of the development in an interview with the local daily papers in the country.
The Constitutional Court nullified Mutharikas re-election and ordered a fresh poll within 150 days.
