JUST IN – The Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) has applied for a stay order stopping execution of the Constitutional Court ruling on Monday that nullified the May 21 Tripartite Elections.
This comes after one of its lawyers Tamando Chokhotho earlier confirmed that they are going to appeal the judgement.
