High Court orders Trapence, Sembereka to be tried in Lilongwe

The High Court has issued an order that HRDC officials Gift Trapence and Rev. MacDonald Sembereka should be tried in Lilongwe and not Blantyre where they are currently being held.

The two were due to appear before Blantyre Magistrate Court at Chichiri were govt feels it has got people to do as it wishes to deal with the two.

Their lawyer, Peter Minjale has confirmed the news in an interview with the press.
