Malawi Congress Party (MCP) National Campaign Director Moses Kunkuyu has said any wrongdoer will not be exempted in the Tonse Alliance administration.
Tonse Alliance officials have also stressed that its members and any public officer will not be immune to justice if they happen to go against the laws of the land.
It comes against a background of selective justice by the governments in power as those offenders aligned to their leadership are left scot-free at the expense of those in the opposition.
There have been massive arrests on some loyalists to previous administration, a development which raises questions if the same method will be applied to lawbreakers connected to the present government.
