Business Mogul Thomson Mpinganjira pleads no guilty to six counts of attempting to bribe Constitutional Court judges

Business Mogul Thomson Mpinganjira has pleaded not guilty to all the six counts of attempting to bribe Constitutional Court judges.

His lawyers have since applied to the Supreme Court for the case not to be committed to the High Court.

In January this year, Ant-Corruption Bureau (ACB) arrested the Chief Executive of FDH Bank Thom Mpinganjira in Blantyre on suspicions that he was involved in attempted bribery of five judges sitting at the Constitutional Court hearing the Presidential Election Case.
