In Zambia, two students from Chinsali’s Kapasa Makasa University who were studying under the Copperbelt University have committed suicide after failing their examinations.
On the left, is Gabriel Katongo who wrote his final exams to complete his degree last year but failed in one course which required him to repeat the whole academic year for that particular course to successfully graduate.
The frustrated Katongo opted to take his own life on Friday at home.
On the right, is Victor Simwanza, who was supposed to be in the 3rd year this year but unfortunately, he equally failed in some courses and got relegated to part-time studies.
Victor equally took his life this week in his room in Chinsali.
