CFTC Boss James Kaphale Suspended

The Competition and Fair Trading Commission (CFTC) executive director James Kaphale has been suspended indefinitely.
CFTC Board Chair, Dr Jerry Jana has confirmed the development,
According to Dr. Jana Kaphale has been suspended with two other senior officials pending investigations on allegations of misconduct.
Kaphale is yet to comment on the matter.
