Elephants attack two people in Dedza

Elephants have allegedly injured two men at Chinsangu Village, Traditional Authority, T/A Ganya in Ntcheu district today.

The elephants, five in total, are being driven back to Thuma Forest Reserve in Dedza by games ranges.

Ward Councilor for Kandeu Ward, Flanes Kampeni, told Zodiak Online that the two met their fate in the early hours of today while working in their respective gardens.

Ntcheu District Medical Officer, Dr. Emily Jenya, says the patients are stable.
