Police have arrested Benjamin Sambiri, one of the past shareholders of land belonging to Exploits University in Lilongwe.
According to information made available to faceofmalawi, the said land was sold to two different individuals.
Speaking to Newsmen in Lilongwe, James Kadadzera Spokesperson for Police has said the suspect is in custody in Lilongwe.
According to Kadadzera, Sambiri will appear before court soon to answer three charges of making false documents, forgery and uttering false documents
