On a sad note, a man, Moses Makino aged 47 has died after he was electrocuted when trying to pass near a Zesco Limited Transformer in Lusaka.
The deceased, while holding a baby touched a Zesco pole holding a transformer as he was trying to avoid passing through a muddy passageway yesterday.
Following the incident, the residents complained that even after repeatedly complaining of the faulty transformer which has for a long time been discharging sparks and smoke due to electricity shocks, the electricity company has not addressed their concerns.
