Unborn Child Survives Accident As Both Parents Dies

Zambia. A Luanshya couple identified as Mr and Mrs M’membe died in an accident at Luanshya turn off as their an unborn child survives.

The couple who were travelling in their own car were seen gasping for air with heavy bleeding from head injuries after the fatal accident.

Mrs M’membe who was pregnant at the moment was rushed to Thompson Hospital together with her husband but were pronounced dead on arrival (BID).

The accident which took place on Friday morning this week occurred after a head on collision with an oncoming vehicle.

Doctors managed to save the unborn child(pregnancy) through operation.

The death of parents will mark a ‘terrible’ birthday for the new infant who arrives in the world without parents.
