Supporters baying for the blood of DPP governor for Ntchisi Flazer Chimwala

Sympathizers of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) in Ntchsi, are calling for the immediate resignation of their District governor Flazer Chimwala for allegedly failing to run the affairs of the party.

Representing a group of the of the supporters, treasurer for the party from Malomo in TA Chilooko’s area in the district Gift Masiya, has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.

According to Masiya, the governor allegedly does not provide monthly reports and call for meetings to discussing issues concerning the party hence the call for his resignation.

But Chimwala has refused to resign from the position.
He says that those that are pushing for the move are just a few individuals and not the whole supporters in the district.

Effort to talk to DPP spokesperson on the matter proved futile.
