A new Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) restaurant has been opened at Chichiri Shopping Mall in Blantyre.
This is a third restaurant and second drive-through for the global chain of fried chicken fast-food restaurants in Malawi.
Blantyre City deputy mayor Funny Baraba Kanojerera officially opened the restaurant this morning describing it as a positive development which has changed the landscape of the city.
KFC is owned by Afribrands.
