Ruto Reveals What He Will Do If Election Results Will Be Nullified By Supreme Court

Azimio La Umoja One Kenya filed petition to challenge IEBC presidential results that declared William Ruto as the winner. According to Azimio, there was vote rigging in the country that favoured UDA leader William Ruto in winning the seat. The Supreme Court is expected to deliver its verdict concerning the matter before 5th of September.

Speaking during Nairobi senator swearing in ceremony, the President Elect William Ruto has promised to accept the outcome of the case. “I’m asking all of us as leaders to listen to what the people of Kenya are saying so that we can conclude the remaining steps of our election, in a peaceful, orderly, respectful manner, respecting all the institutions that will discharge their responsibilities because we are a country governed by the rule of law and by our constitution,” Ruto said.

He has therefore vowed to respect the decision that will be delivered by Martha Koome’s team. However, Ruto’s team,Kenya Kwanza confident of winning the case against Raila’s team. It seems the Dp has started forming the government by recruiting Moses Wetang’ula to be the speaker of national assembly if there win will stand.
