Information reaching this publication indicates that former State House Chief ICT Officer a Mr. Chance Chingwalungwalu has been detained by police in the capital Lilongwe.
It is said that Chingwalungwalu is being interrogated at Area 30 police headquarters on cyber related crimes.
The Malawi Police Service is yet to comment on the matter.
